Park Place Retirement Community is seeking student volunteers after school around 3:00 p.m. to help serve dinner meals and do other tasks in their dining room. Park Place is located at 31 Executive Park Drive, Hendersonville. Contact Susan Jones at (615) 822-6002 or recreation@parkplaceret.com for more information.

Hermitage United Methodist Church Food Pantry The UMC Food Pantry receives 5000 pounds of food on Friday mornings and distributes 45 pounds of food to each guest on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Volunteers are needed on Saturdays to move food from storage areas to tables, assist guests in selecting food items, and help them load their cars. The UMC Food Pantry is located at 4250 Andrew Jackson Parkway, Hermitage. Interested volunteers can contact Janice Denton at 615-594-6846 for more information or to sign up. 

Jubilee Hills Senior Living at 322 Northcreek Blvd in Goodlettsville is looking for volunteers to spend time with resident seniors! Contact Kaitlin VanDervort at (615) 712-1180 or ledgv@jubileehillstn.com to sign up or for more information. 

Cottage Cove Madison has restarted their out-of-school program that provides free aftercare to Taylor Stratton Elementary School students from 3:00 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. on the weekdays. They are always looking for more volunteers, and students 15 years and older can volunteer without parental supervision. Volunteers can help with some of the everyday activities such as Play-Doh, peg boards, Legos, computers, homework help, reading, games room, and music. Lisa Brocco of Momma B's Kids is looking for volunteers to help with after-school and weekend non-profit hours! Please text or call Lisa at 615-714-2417. Remember, Momma B's is a non-profit organization and one of our approved community partners!

Feed Sumner now has an online calendar! Visit the calendar to see what’s coming up and when they need YOU (this is an approved non-profit)! Just click on each item on the calendar, and it will give you a link to sign up for that date. Some dates will have a limited number of spots, and some will be “all hands on deck.”  If you would like to sign up for a date that is already full, please email Regan Nichols at rnichols@fbchtn.org, and she will list you as an alternate if someone cancels. The Jason Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Hendersonville and is dedicated to the prevention of youth suicide through educational awareness programs for youth, educators, and parents. They are always looking for student volunteers to help out. Currently, they are in need of many hands to help with an educational mailer for first responders in TN.
