School Counseling

The mission of Pope John Paul II Preparatory School’s counseling department is to provide a comprehensive counseling program that addresses the academic, educational, and personal development of all students. Services provided by the college counseling office include academic support, college planning, and student and family advocacy. The counseling team works closely with teachers, staff, administrators, parents, and community advocates to ensure student needs are being met.

Upon enrolling, students are assigned to a primary counselor based on the school's House System. Parents are welcome to call or email their student's primary counselor to schedule an appointment. All counselors can be reached at 615-822-2375.
