Visual

Pope John Paul II Preparatory School's Visual Arts Program presents a wide range of artistic techniques, ultimately developing a student's personal artistic identity. Our first-class studios are designed for a variety of projects and several mediums within the world of visual art, including ceramics, computer graphics, drawing, painting, and photography. Digital photography uses Adobe products within the editing process. Students may elect to pursue up to four years of visual arts in the areas of drawing and painting, sculpting, digital media, media and marketing, photography, and yearbook.

Students choosing to focus on visual arts all four years are sure to develop into autonomous artists as they work toward building a cohesive portfolio.

Pope Prep student artists consistently receive recognition and are awarded Silver and Gold Key awards from National Scholastic Arts.
